1995 The established quality control system is adapted to the international requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. Company was certified as per DIN EN ISO 9001.
1998 Wilhelm Tripp GmbH Kirchheim, near Munich, is taken over.
2000 New company premises in Annaberg-Buchholz and Essen, use of a CNC water jet cutting machine as well as further new machines and test rigs for flat gaskets and gland packings in Annaberg-Buchholz expand the service range considerably.
2001 Setup of a high-capacity PTFE production IDT Industrial Gasket & Sealing Technologies, Inc is founded to represent the company in the USA.
2002 IDT becomes a member of ESA. The European Sealing Association e. V. was founded in 1992 as non-profit organisation and represents today 85% of the sealing and gasket industry in Europe. ESA supports the harmonisation of the relevant norms, legislation, and development of sealing technology as well as the protection of the environment.
2004 IDT top-quality products win environmental prize in the USA.
2005 IDT founds in Ningbo, south of Shanghai, in the People‘s Republic of China a joint venture to manufacture and marketing gaskets for the Asian market.
2006 Annaberg-Bucholz’s municipal economy award presented to IDT
2007 Construction and opening of a new modern administration building in Essen
2008 1. First break of ground for the new construction of two modern production and storage halls in combination with the purchase of new systems engineering for the Annaberg-Buchholz location
2009 Commissioning of new production and storage halls (amongst others installation of a high performance spiral gasket fabrication)
