Container provision

The provision of gasket containers as part of the service during inspection monitoring is becoming more and more common especially in the petro-chemical industry. IDT is able to provide its own containers and capable staff.

After customer consultation the following two classic versions are available:

Container without staff

  • Equipping of the container with gaskets as per customer request and consultation
  • Special gaskets for appliances with label for app. no.
  • Standard gaskets for pipes
  • Container refilled by IDT if necessary
  • Dispensing and management by assembly staff
  • Invoicing as per actual stock used

Container with staff

  • Equipping as per customer request
  • Dispensing of gaskets by IDT employee
  • Manufacture of gaskets on site
  • Re-ordering of material
  • Refurbishing of serrated profile gaskets
  • Consultation on gasket issues on site
  • Calculation of tightening torques
  • Special gaskets for appliances with label for app. no.
  • Invoicing as per actual stock used

24 hours on-call service

Our 24 hours on-call service is naturally also available for all inspection monitoring requests.

Technical consultation on site

Downtime, which the plant operators handle with their own warehouse and workshops, are supported with application engineering services by our engineers and technicians:

  • Evaluation of findings when opening container and appliances
  • Consultation and recommendation when choosing suitable gasket systems
  • Calculation of tightening torques
  • Training of installation staff

All services can be combined in general.
