Central stock keeping of standard items at logistics centre in Essen
All IDT standard items are on stock and available at short notice from our logistics centre in Essen. We manage more than 50000 different items here with a value of several millions Euro.
This offers our customers a high availability of different sealing systems for almost all applications.
Stock keeping directly at customer
An IDT-consignment warehouse offers the customer a fast access to the required product portfolio as a permanent set-up or also for a set amount of time during downtime and revision.
Dispensing and restocking of the warehouse are designed flexible to meet the customer's requirements.
Cutting service / CNC- jet cutting
Our modern jet-cutting machines are able to cut almost all materials up to a thickness of 100 mm, even in the most complicated geometrical shapes.
The internal networking enables us to process customer drawings digitally.

CNC-fabrication
We can also manufacture 3-dimensional moulded parts with CNC turning and milling technology both as serial production and as individual parts as per customer requirements.

Pressing, sintering of PTFE moulded and turned parts
We are able to react fast and flexibly on customer requirements and offer very short delivery times due to our investment in our own pressing and sintering technology.

Product development
IDT has its own product development department which has a strong customer focus. State-of-the-art test rigs (AMTEC GmbH) are used to determine sealing values (e.g.: DIN 28090 / prEN 13555 / TA Luft etc.) and deliver secure data for the final user for all of our new developments.
Individual production of special-purpose products
We have a highly qualified team that looks after individual production, especially for revision and urgent orders, in addition to our serial production.
Fast manufacture of seals with special dimensions; also with our proven flange technology.
