Machinery
Cam presses, bridge die-cutter and jet cutters are available to cut out for simple die-cut parts / molded seals. Fabrication of tools is carried out in our modern production service. Several hydr. presses within broad range of machines are available to manufacture blanks.
Our fully automatic press machine is used for the production of large quantities. Modern CNC-machines with driven tools are used in addition to manual turning and milling machines for the processing of moulded parts.
This allows manufacturing the most complicated parts.
Bar stock can be used for the production of large quantities.
Design and quality control
We are able to deliver drawings quickly and to implement product fabrications at a short notice due to our in-house design department.
Our modern CAD-work stations (program Mechanical 6 PP + A0 plotter) are completely networked with our PPS-system, programming work stations and CNC-machines. Importing and processing of customer files is also possible.
Our measuring rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art test equipment / processes e.g.: Sealing test rigs with mass spectrometer (tests DIN 28090,28091, pr EN 13555,VDI 2440,Relaxation) packing test rig, 2D-coordinates measuring table, hardness test device, tightness test, puncture test, infrared spectrometer to identify metals, as well as check of material faults with a colour penetration test etc.

Bar stock can be used up to Ø 65 mm for serial production. Furthermore, vacuum technology is available for clamping of complicated parts
