Technical office / field service#
A varied range of tasks awaits you in this position. Your core area will be application technology and providing technical advice to our customers. In addition, you will be in close contact with the production department and quality assurance.
Your tasks
Based in Annaberg, you will be responsible for the technical development and expansion of our customer relationships. You will provide competent advice on all technical issues relating to our product and service range. You will focus on the needs of customers and advise contacts from the various divisions, such as workshops, plant and construction site managers and operational engineering on site or remotely at eye level. You take customer requirements as a basis and develop new ideas for product innovations together with a team on site. You plan in-house training courses at our customers and projects independently and seek close contact with the internal sales team.
Your qualifications
- You have completed specialist training in a technical field (e.g. state-certified technician)
- You have experience in technical sales
- You understand excellent customer service as a success factor
- You are communicative, open and sociable
- You work conscientiously and have good self-management and time management skills
- You are willing to travel within Germany as a matter of course
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You are experienced in using common Microsoft applications
