New TA Luft Draft Brings Fundamental Changes for Shut-Off and Control Devices
The German Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control, known as TA Luft , defines the technology standard for more than 50,000 plants in Germany, which are subject to a permission procedure. The regulation is the central set of rules for the reduction of volatile emissions and immissions. A revision of the regulation has been attempted for several years. A new draft version has been available since February 2018. Therefore, it is worthwhile to focus on the planned changes for the valve and sealing technology.
