In April 2025, we reached out to you for the second time to find out how you see us: what’s going well, where you see potential for improvement, and what really matters to you.
By comparing your responses with the results from 2023, we gained valuable insights into how our work is perceived – and where we’re heading together.
The outcome is encouraging: high satisfaction, a 97% recommendation rate, and honest, thoughtful feedback that sharpens our focus and strengthens our direction.

At IDT, we’re proud to see that our efforts continue to resonate. 97% of participants would recommend us – a clear vote of confidence. Once again, what stands out are the qualities that have always defined us: excellent product and service quality, strong reliability, and personal, partnership-based communication.
Meeting expectations. Embracing change. #
In times of global uncertainty and growing pressure for change, it’s only natural that priorities shift. For many of our customers, value for money and speed of response have become even more important.
Your feedback was clear: some price adjustments are hard to understand, and the direct benefit is not always obvious. There’s also a call for faster quotes and shorter delivery times. We take this seriously. These are important impulses – and reminders that we must not rest on the strengths we’re known for, but act with agility, openness, and a solutions-driven mindset.
A brand with a sharper profile. #

To mark our 100 + 40 year anniversary, we significantly expanded our internal and external communications last year. Across our social media platforms and in the press, we were more present than ever – from trade fairs and events to launching a new format: the IDT podcast.
It seems our message came through: authentic, modern, and true to who we are. Compared to 2023, the 2025 survey revealed that in addition to “professionalism,” customers now increasingly associate us with advanced and forward-thinking qualities.
