Measuring room for depth of detail
In our new measuring room, we test what others cannot measure – down to the last detail. This provides additional certainty in every test report and reliability for products that must meet the highest requirements.
CNC measurement for complex geometries
Complex geometries are captured in seconds with our CNC image measuring device. Testing procedures are automated and deliver repeatable, reliable results. This allows us to gain speed and significantly increase the number of tested features.
3D measurement with Hexagon measuring arm
With the mobile Hexagon 3D measuring arm, we capture entire surfaces using laser scanning. Particularly complex gaskets, such as butterfly valve seals, can now be digitized in their entirety for the first time and evaluated using comparative models. This creates transparency in quality assurance and makes technical discussions more reliable.
Advanced methods. From TA Luft to thermogravimetry
Our testing technology goes far beyond geometric measurement: from TA Luft test benches to thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) to material analyses with spectrometers, we offer a broad testing portfolio in accordance with international standards.

We test gaskets using advanced testing technology – from CNC image measuring devices and climate-controlled measuring rooms to mobile 3D measuring arms. This enables us to record complex geometries, shape and position tolerances, position deviations, and radii precisely and repeatably.
