What do Flangeguards, Fingersavers and Line Blanks have in common
They all ensure safe and accident-free maintenance work. While we manufacture our own push-in windows and have the corresponding expertise, accessories such as seal removers, flange guards and finger savers are part of our peripheral range. Nevertheless, these products are important for the all-round service we want to offer. In addition, they can be sold with less effort because they do not require as much consultation. We are happy to support our customers in working safely and accident-free in maintenance!
Line Blanks
There is no way around line blanks when the flow needs to be stopped or throttled. They act as placeholders, are used to shut off pipelines during pressure testing or maintenance work or when the flow needs to be throttled. We manufacture flanges in accordance with DIN 2626 or ASME B16.48 in various designs and made of different materials as well as special designs according to detailed customer specifications.

Flangeguards
Flangeguards are a new addition to our range. They act as safe protection against splashes from flanges and other pipe connections, prevent dangerous spray formation, ensure that liquid drips off in a defined manner and reliably relieve pressure. Our range includes stainless steel and PTFE flange guards and PTFE splash protection sleeves.
Stainless steel flange guards are suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Flangeguards and splash protection sleeves made of PTFE are versatile and offer resistance to almost all aggressive media.

Fingersaver
Hands are the most valuable tool we have. The Fingersaver protects them from injuries caused by hammer blows and pinching during maintenance work. Hands and fingers remain unharmed. We offer the Fingersaver in three versions to meet different assembly requirements. The "Compact" model, for example, is ideal for hard-to-reach places where precision is required .
