PTFE TFM™ envelope gasket, with inner diffusion barrier, stainless steel corrugated ring and 2 PTFE inserts

The cover is made of TFM™ 1600 with an internal diffusion barrier (width 3 mm). A corrugated ring (1.4571) and two PTFE inserts of UNIFLUOR® 7550 quality (each 2 mm thick) are used as inserts. This Gasket is characterized by a high compensation capacity and is recommended by the leading enamel flange manufacturers from DN 250, but is available in all nominal widths.

TFM™ is a modified PTFE [mPTFE]. This material is still part of our portfolio. Alternatively, we process mPTFE such as INOFLON® M295 or DAIKIN® MG3 MOD-FF/HD.
