Flange Gaskets For the challenges of tomorrow.
High-quality gaskets are crucial for safe and efficient piping systems. They must work reliably under a wide variety of conditions.
We are your reliable partner, offering an extensive range of soft-material, combination, and metallic gaskets, along with advanced sealing solutions and maintenance products. Our products have all the essential approvals and test reports, which confirm that they fulfil tightness, environmental and safety requirements [e.g. TA Luft, DVGW, FDA, BAM].
We’ve got you sealed. No matter what's flowing through your pipes.
GRP Flanges: Sophisticated #
Glass fiber reinforced plastic flanges [GRP] offer numerous advantages in the chemical industry, particularly due to their high chemical resistance and low weight. However, their low mechanical strength poses challenges for sealing technology. The “creep” of the flange under pressure and temperature can lead to seal failure.
With our specially developed solutions, GRP flange connections with highly chemically resistant gaskets can be reliably sealed and maintenance expenses minimized.

Steel Enamel Flanges: Resistant #
Steel-enamel flanges combine the stability of steel with the resistance of enamel, which makes them indispensable in the chemical industry. However, the combination of typical steel stability and the highly chemically resistant enamel coating poses specific challenges when it comes to sealing.
The high requirements for chemical resistance, mechanical adaptability and long-term reliability can only be met through the targeted use of suitable sealing materials.

Steel and Stainless Steel Flanges: Proven #
Steel and stainless steel flanges offer reliable connections and high strength - even under extreme conditions. They are extremely robust. As steel flanges are prone to corrosion, stainless steel flanges are often preferred in the chemical, food and water industries due to their corrosion resistance.
Choosing the right gasket is crucial to prevent corrosion and leakage and to ensure safe and economical system performance. Users should consider both the operating conditions and a suitable combination of flange, screw and gasket. This is the only way to comply with safety standards and avoid typical weak points.
